Phone Verification

Phone verification or two-factor authentication adds another layer of security to your Highrise account.

Each time you sign in, we'll send a text message to your mobile phone with a verification code. You can also verify your sign in with a phone call. This is managed by our parent company, Basecamp, at this time.

First, login and go to your My Info link.

If you’re an admin or a user, this link will be under the Settings section in the right corner of the account. The Account Owner will find this link under the Account & settings section in the right corner of the account.

Next, you will find your username and login information in a card at the top of the page. Click the Edit your personal information link.

To enable phone verification click Change your login info here.

Edit Your ID

From here, click Set up phone verification and enter your phone number to enable phone verification.
