Invite a New User

Only the Account Owner and admins can invite new users to Highrise.

Start by opening the Settings and selecting the Users page.

Next, click the Invite a new user button.

Fill out the form with your new user’s name and email address then click the button to send your invitation.

If your invited user is having trouble accepting the invitation, you can send it again from your Users page. Click the Re-send invitation link.

If you’re a Suite user, it works a bit differently. Use these instructions to add someone to Suite.
