Email Threads & Conversations

Highrise threads email conversations on each contact's page. If you're using your dropbox address or autoforwarding messages into Highrise, you can see the entire email thread, including any comments made along the way.

At the bottom of the thread you can add a comment or reply to the email if you’re using email integrations.

Can't find replies?

If you're having trouble seeing a reply from one of your contacts, you can click the plus icon at the bottom of the email. This will show the original thread including earlier messages.

Expand Thread

If you want your threads more defined, you can forward messages directly to one of your dropbox address. Read more about forwarding emails directly to your dropbox address.

Or if you can autoforward replies and messages directly into your account.
