If your company changes its name or if you'd like to adjust your account URL, the Account Owner can do this at any time.
First, click the
Account & settings tab in the right corner of the account and choose the
Account, upgrades, billing link.
At the top of the screen, you’ll see your current URL and an option to change it.
Highrise will not redirect users from your old URL, so you’ll want to let people know about the change. This includes adjusting any integrations you have with the Highrise API.
Changing your URL will also update all of your dropbox addresses. Make sure to update any dropbox addresses you have saved to your email client.
